I offer 2 classes to learn how to take back control of Your health and manage Your Disease.

Truth is, Your Diet has a big factor in preventing or curing High Blood Pressure and heart disease~more so than medication!


Our 2 hour Zoom Take Back Your Life workshop focuses mainly on nutrition, but also discusses exercise, attitude, pain management and lifestyle. 2 Hour workshop includes workbook, handouts and 1 hour of follow-up care with Health Coach (your choice of either 2 half-hour coaching calls or 1 one-hour in-person session).

Our 6-week Sustainable Strides workshop consists of 6 one-hour zoom workshops. Each week we will cover a new topic, have discussion around the topic, engage in an activity to show how easy the topic is to incorporate into your life. Each person sets their own goals around each week's topic and receives a coaching call mid-week to see how you are doing on your goal. This is a great place to begin if you are thinking about a coaching program as it joins both application with accountability.

Coach Sonda is available to speak at your event. Topics of choice include Motivating Healthy Living which includes her personal testimony and approaches to a Whole Food Diet and what it means to live a LEAN life. Also available is Children's Health and how nutrition plans a key factor in behavior, attitude, and learning in children and what educators and parents can do to influence children's health and healthy choices.
