Take Back Your Life: A Disease Workshop for those dealing with Diabetes, Heart disease, Hypertension, Autoimmune diseases

Classes are done via Zoom and In Classroom

Workshop focuses on lifestyle nutrition and health benefits of a plant based diet. Also discusses exercise, attitude and pain management. 2 Hour workshop includes workbook, handouts (which will be mailed to you prior to the workshop) and *30 minutes of follow-up care with Health Coach.

In this 6 week workshop I cover all the same topics as the 2 hour Take Back Your Life workshop, but I go further in depth with each topic. This 6 week series is designed for those ready to take action. You will be expected to follow a strict regimen to detoxify your body. I will recommend supplements for you to take that will aid in getting you healthy and feeling better quickly. I will expect you to fully participate. There will be discussion over fore-seen challenges to help set you up for the week successfully, homework, recipes and personalized goal setting. I will also schedule a weekly follow up coaching call to address any questions or problems along the way. While this course is only 6 weeks, it is my goal that you will see results and will continue making choices around food that will benefit your body and lifestyle for the rest of your life. That you will take with you and share these concepts with your family and end the cycle of family diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.


Each session will be recorded so that you may go back and watch it at your convenience, or re-watch it as many times as you like.

Come have fun and learn how to make delicious power-ball treats that are healthy and tasty. These low in sugar, high in protein treats are an easy after-school treat for your children or even for yourself for a between meals snack. In this class we will be making Pumpkin protein power balls. Each participant will go home with about a dozen. Please send the coach a short note if you have any allergies she needs to be aware of when you register.

Meditation & Yoga with Brooke

Join us on Saturday, November 30th for a Complimentary 1 hour workshop conducted by certified Yoga instructor, Brooke Taylor. Brooke will share with everyone some great tips and techniques as well as the importance of practicing Meditation and mindfulness. She will also provide a 30 minute Yoga class for beginners. This is a great opportunity to find out more about these topics and to see if Yoga is for you.
